James Marsters

In September 2011, I went to comic-con Montreal with the absolutely amazing and . I'm not going to lie, it was one of the most incredible experiences ever. Not only was it otherworldly to find ourselves in a room full of geeks just like us, but I got to meet James Marsters, known for his roles as Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Captain John Hart on Torchwood.

I don't meet famous people ever; to be honest, I can hardly believe it happened. I was so nervous standing in line at his station I though I was going to pass out. When we finally got up to him, I gave him a copy of this drawing, he told me that it was really good (yes, James Marsters complimented my drawing!) and then smiled that vampire smile and signed it. And he shook our hands. Still fangirling big time!

In short, one of the most unbelievable days ever.
